As we gear up for the upcoming The Paramount MUN 2025 conference, we would like to bring to your attention our refund policy and the process for delegate replacements.

Refund Policy:

Upon registering as a delegate for the The Paramount MUN'25, we want to inform you that the registration fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of our event, where seat reservations and logistical arrangements are made promptly upon receiving your registration. We allocate resources and plan meticulously to provide each delegate with a seamless and enriching experience. Hence, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds once the registration process is completed.

Delegate Replacement Process:

We understand that circumstances can change, and you might find it necessary to have someone else attend the conference on your behalf. In such cases, we provide an alternative option that allows you to transfer your delegate spot to another individual. This individual should not be someone who has already registered for the conference. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you follow these steps:

2. Explain Your Reason: In your communication, provide a clear and concise explanation for the need to transfer your spot. This will help us better understand your situation and ensure a smooth transition.
3. Provide Replacement Details: Please include comprehensive details about the person whom you wish to send as a replacement. This should encompass their full name, contact information, and any relevant background information.

We want to assure you that we will handle your request with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. You will get the delegate replacement done within 2-3 days of your email. Our aim is to accommodate these changes while maintaining the quality and integrity of our MUN for all participants.
